Job Summary: Demonstrated interpersonal skills including flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.  Proven analytical abilities with good written and verbal communication skills. The basic function of this position is to, independently or as part of a project team, plan, design and implement varied technical projects and studies requiring knowledge of engineering and/or the physical sciences.  Work required expertise and full application of sound scientific principles, theories, concepts, techniques, and project management skills, as well as a working knowledge of the clients methods, standards, procedures and practices.  The incumbent is expected to collect and interpret information and develop solutions to project of various scopes.  Minimal supervision, guidance, and direction is employed by the supervisor, however, periodic checks and reports are required to review soundness of technical judgement and the status/schedule of the work. Training is required for specified badge access to controlled GMP WPQO Laboratory Facilities.  Access to the CMMS (Maximo) system and intranet for electronic training system (My Learning).  Responsibilities: Coordination of Non-GMP building services relative to housekeeping, roof maintenance, elevator maintenance, automatic door service, area pest control contact, UPS maintenance, loading dock doors and levelers maintenance and repair, office and mechanical space safety inspections, life safety systems inspection and repair, building evacuation coordination, energy reduction initiatives, and the building envelope. Facility Managers will be responsible for the common spaces and office areas of the buildings and will support the areas by receiving JLL Facilities Service Center work order notifications and act as the point of contact to coordinate work order execution with the Maintenance Team. GMP equipment and utilities supporting process systems are excluded from the responsibilities of the Facility Mangers and will continue to reside with the client's Operations and EM&U. Submit, schedule and coordinate corrective maintenance work orders to address facility issues. Submit purchase orders for maintenance, activities that require contractor support. Attend weekly maintenance scheduling meetings to prioritize the needs of the building and tenants. Engage pertinent work execution workflows to complete maintenance, repairs, and projects relative to the building envelope, mechanical areas, common areas, building exterior areas, and other non-GMP space. Facility Manager support is delivered throughout the year to assure facilities remain in good working order and do not pose risk to GMP operating areas or EHS compliance. Unplanned events as well as scheduled utility or building equipment shutdowns will require targeted or building-wide communications with affected building tenants to collaborate and coordinate schedule maintenance work. On occasion, off shift issues do arise and require input and coordination from the Facility Managers. Most issues can be addressed via a telephone conversation; however, there are times when on-site response is required of JLL and its partners. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; HVAC or Mechanical Engineering degreepreferred. 5+ year's pharmaceutical facility management experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment. Knowledge of Energy Reduction Programs and Project. Experience in driving OSHA compliant safety program and maintaining environmental compliance related to facility operations (Air, Water, Waste Management). Experience in supporting compliant Environmental, Health and Safety training program related to facility management operations. Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability. Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills. Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service. Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices. Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data. Able to conduct walking tours and inspections of interior and exterior facility areas, including use of stairways.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
