, is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition - Employer Branding, Organic Talent Marketing which is completely remote.
The client is seeking a creative and self-directed individual with at least one year of experience in content creation, diversity and inclusion support, employer branding, and recruitment marketing, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to enhance the company's talent attraction strategy through innovative marketing and social media initiatives.

Global Talent Acquisition - Employer Branding, Organic Talent Marketing Location:
Completely remote About the Role:
Partner closely with Global Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, and Diversity & Inclusion Develop and execute Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, and Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
Host weekly meetings with Global Communications and AMS/Marketing Partners.
Produce, coordinate, and manage creative assets for career sites, social media channels, and other platforms.
Identify opportunities to elevate the brand globally through research studies.
Track upcoming and notable programming releases and events for the social media editorial calendar.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Maintain recruitment brand standard guidelines.
Organize data for monthly Diversity Center of Excellence meetings.
Present monthly in Global Talent Acquisition round-up meeting.
Support Culture HQ set-up, video collection, and video editing globally Requirements:
Creative thinking skills, ability to self-direct, attention to detail, and no micro-managing.
Education in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in content creation, Diversity and Inclusion support activities, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
Good interpersonal skills to work within and across divisions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in event promotion and community networking.
Work with the SEM team to pull data and reporting for competitive intelligence.
Analyze and interpret large datasets for meaningful insights and recommendations.
