ITOM Business Analyst
ITOM Business Analyst(Need configuration Management; ServiceNow; ITSM/ITOM experience as mandatory skills)Strong understanding of ITSM best-practice processes, with Configuration Management and Asset Management experienceExperience in utilizing and/or managing a CMDB.
Familiarity with service mapping, IT asset discovery, and packaging processes Hands-on experience with industry-standard Change, Configuration and Asset Management system tools, preferably within the ServiceNow environmentExperience leading technical functional discussions to implement Asset & Configuration modules in ITSM ToolsExperience in Servicenow Asset /CMDB Process and ImplementationMinimum of 5 years of relevant recent experience Preferred Requirements ITIL v3 Foundation certification Servicenow Asset /CMDB Process and Implementation experience Recommended Skills Asset Management Configuration Management Itil Packaging And Processing Duties Servicenow Standards Compliant Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
