Responsibilities:
oAuthor/Design compliance and training communications for the client departments on a regular cadenceoRevise/update department-specific Compliance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms and Miscellaneous DocumentsoFacilitate new SOPs and 3-year revisions with the SOP Unit by providing general document supportoSupport departments' Standard Operating Procedures/Assay Standard Operating Procedures Lifecycle Management ProgramoProvide access to validated system workgroups and Migration to new systems as well as future Global Quality initiativesoSupport preparation, coordination, and execution of Regulatory Inspections and Internal Audits of the departmentsoBecome a Learning Management Systems (LMS) administratoroConsolidate data on training completion/tracking and report to managementQualificationsThe Ideal Candidate would possess:
oStrong computer and organizational skillsoExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailoAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeoBachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experienceoProficient in Microsoft Office (specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)o1 or more years of knowledge of/Experience with GMPs and GDPs (Good Documentation Practices)oAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, 1st Shift Mon-Fri opportunity OR 2nd Shift Mon-Fri with shift dif and OT as needed.
