Preferred - Primary Skills/
Qualifications:
Supports projects and programs to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs through a role in Global Safety and the Environment.
Integrates EHS programs into daily operations to assure regulatory compliance and achieves continuous performance improvement, meeting EHS performance objectives.
Partners with operations to develop means to achieve these goals in alignment with site business goals and values.
Must be a proactive leader to implement best practices and ensure compliance with applicable EHS local, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, permits, and work practices.
o Hazard assessments o Industrial hygiene monitoring o Process hazard analysis support o Life safety reviews o Incident investigations o Environmental regulatory field analysis o Environmental reports and permit applications Reviews processes, facilities, procedures, and management of change documents to assure conformance to recognized EHS regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Provides support to client groups in completing injury/illness analysis, training, self-assessments, and addressing specific EHS concerns as they are raised.
Develops EHS procedures, guidelines, and training programs as assigned.
Supports completion of all regulatory submissions, notifications, etc.
required to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local EHS requirements.
Maintains effective organizational skills and implement appropriate communication and planning.
Recommends changes to improve operations.
Works with minimum supervision and exercise independent judgment in the daily performance of his/her duties.
Learns/follows all EHS, GMP, and regulatory requirements (as required by task).
Performs necessary administrative duties to ensure maintenance of records, reports, and associated tasks.
Desired - Experience and Education:
Completion of at least one EHS internship or co-op.
Critical thinking, communication skills, problem solving, and basic project management techniques.
Strong communication skills.

Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to influence without a direct line of authority.
Must have a customer service orientation with an understanding of how to provide outstanding customer service.
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with diverse set of customers/stakeholders.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Pharmaceutical experience.
B.
S.
degree required.
Preferred concentrations include:
Safety Sciences, Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, or Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
