Job Description New hires in office-based roles in the US & Puerto Rico will be required, subject to applicable law,to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for a medical or religious exemption to this vaccination requirement that can be accommodated without an undue burden to the operation. Quality batch disposition and release activities Shop Floor audits Batch record review Review and approval of various documentation Works closely with internal and external stakeholders, primarily within the assigned IPT to ensure product quality and compliance to procedures and commitments Maintains an expansive knowledge of cGMPs, evolving Regulatory trends, and our Company Quality Policies, Guidelines, and Procedures Education Bachelor of Science in appropriate scientific/engineering field or Bachelor degree with relevant experience Experience Knowledge Skills Required Work independently and as a Team member with Integrity Precision Accomplishment Motivational Ambition Respect One year in pharmaceutical vaccine research, technical, quality and/or manufacturing environment or related field Demonstrated leadership competence Principled verbal and written communications Preferred Strong understanding of international and FDA cGMPs Familiarity with Pharmaceutical and/or Vaccine/Sterile finished product manufacturing Creativity and effectiveness in approaching and solving technical problems Proficiency in project planning and execution Understanding/proficiency with lean manufacturing principles/tools Working knowledge of quality batch release/batch disposition processes Our Manufacturing & Supply Division is committed to be the most trusted supplier of bio-pharmaceuticals worldwide.
