About The Role (What you will get to do) We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help build a lead generation machine at Persefoni. We are seeking a data-driven growth marketer who can help build infrastructure across SEO, partner marketing, email automation, and marketing analytics. You will help build the foundation across key acquisition channels to generate leads that convert into customers. You have the ability to impact thousands of publicly-traded global companies (from Japan to USA to Europe) to help them understand how their company contributes to climate change and global warming. Responsibilities (What we expect) Build the SEO strategy for Persefoni by partnering with SEO agencies and consultants who will execute on your vision. We're successful when we're in top positions for all keywords we consider critically important for each global region (US, Japan, EU). Craft a data-driven partner marketing playbook that drives high intent leads from our partners. You will tastefully balance thought leadership with lead generation depending on the context and intent of each article. Write email automation sequences to move content leads from learning, to demo request, to purchase. You'll run A/B tests to optimize each stage of the customer lifecycle. Optimize product landing pages on our website with A/B testing and partner with the product marketing team. You will work together to balance conversions with our positioning and brand messaging. Analyze marketing performance across your acquisition channels and share your learnings with our executive team. Collaborate with international marketers in Japan, UK, and Europe to share growth marketing learnings across all regions. Join sales and support calls to understand the goals, frustrations, and anxieties faced by prospects throughout the buyer's journey so you may apply these learnings to build your integrated growth marketing strategy. Qualifications (What you bring to the role) 4
years of experience leading SEO and partner-driven marketing strategies that have driven significant impact at leading B2B SaaS companies. 3
years of experience running A/B tests on website landing pages, email automation flows, and/or ads. 2
years of experience managing relationships with agencies, interns, virtual assistants, and/or leading a small team. You are deeply empathetic. You go through extreme lengths to understand the goals, frustrations, and anxieties of target buyers. You leverage this information to craft your strategy around who they are, where they hang out, what problems they're actively trying to solve, and why. You make decisions from evidence and not your intuition. You set marketing priorities based on insights from our customer success team and sales team. You quantify this information to prioritize what initiatives may be the most impactful. You love to learn (and balance breadth with depth). You spend time learning about frameworks, principles, and tactics from other leaders in SaaS. This is split between what you already know and what you'd like to improve upon. You have a bias for action. You understand that many business decisions are reversible and do not need an extensive study. You appreciate building the car as you're driving it, have a bias for speed, and learning as you go. How You'll Know You're on the Right Track 30 days into the role:
You understand Persefoni's customer segments, our product vision, who you'll work with closely, the carbon accounting market, SEO keyword data, ads historical performance, and our partnerships landscape. 60 days into the role:
You've executed on a handful of initiatives across SEO, email, partnerships, and/or paid media that have materially impactful results (traffic and leads) and shared your learnings. 90 days into the role:
You've built a growth marketing roadmap for the upcoming quarter which outlines the biggest areas customer pains to focus on, possible ways to solve those pains, and what blockers may stand in your way. Job Type:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
