As a Strategy Realization Engineering Senior Engineer, you will be part of transforming how we work and deliver outcomes to our customers. You will:
Be an integral part of the next-generation transformation to an agile, value-driven product and organization. Architect and engineer the technology management ecosystem supporting our Company's IT portfolio. As both a holistic architect and hands-on implementer, collaborate with business leads and technical peers to understand and optimize and innovate business requirements, and then distill them into actionable designs. Proactively learn and develop expertise in the design, operation and ongoing evolution of our Enterprise Jira Align ecosystem. Work with a cross functional team (Agile/Dev Ops) to orchestrate and code/configure the solution space with customers. Work with our business leads to research and pursue best-in-breed external standards and capabilities for this space. Collaborate closely with other platform groups to leverage and assemble existing APIs and services to achieve reliability, scale and best-in-breed capabilities for the solution. Lead planning, execution, and reporting activities for these strategic activities for a set of customers and become the trusted advisor of the business partners. Act as a proactive communicator to insure the initiative is transparent and easily understood to the community at large as well as the cross-functional technical team. Ensure our Company's technology standards compliance. Educational Requirements:
B.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience fields. Required
Experience:
Outstanding communication (written, oral, presentation), negotiation, influencing and relationship. 10
years of hands-on delivery of products and services using these methodologies. 10
years' experience using DevOps concepts and tools. 10
years' experience leading 5
person teams delivering solutions. Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. The ability to work independently and effectively as a team across global hubs, and maintain a highly collaborative, transparent effort. Ability to lead, work and pivot in a highly agile, dynamic and changing environment. Preferred
Experience:
Any experience with AgileCraft/Jira Align is highly preferred. Prior work within hands-on enterprise transformation. Solid understanding of the value of Analytics, Big Data/Data Lake concepts and other disciplines that underpin good Analytics practices. Experience working in regulated environments. (SDLC, Compliance, GxP, Governance). Ability to coach and mentor junior program and project managers. 05
years of experience including implementation of large scaled solutions in a heterogeneous services, platforms, and APIs using the both legacy and recent technologies.
