As we accelerate the transformation of the Manufacturing IT operating model, there is a need toincorporate modern ways of working including the adoption of an Agile capability to deliver value to our customers faster. We have started the journey, but this role provides the opportunity to further develop an Agile capability within the organization. The Agile Lead will be part of an Operational Excellence team focused on delivery of continuous improvement projects which could include process improvements or delivery of IT Products. The role will provide the opportunity to get a broad understanding of our manufacturing processes as you could be working on projects that support supply chain, manufacturing operations, laboratory testing, logistics or compliance. The Agile Lead will be part of project teams to ensure they deliver value faster by using sprints designed to prioritize business needs. Primary
Responsibilities:
Serve as a champion and change agent for the adoption of Agile methods in Manufacturing IT Support the integration of Agile principles into team practices and work products Actively participate in and drive continuous improvement efforts/initiatives across the whole organization by serving as an Agile coach Serve as scrum master for one or more teams executing process improvement or IT solution projects Lead a DevOps team in developing software tools by leveraging the underlying principles of Agile including sprint planning, defining user story requirements, daily stand-ups, release planning, retrospectives, and backlog maintenance. Ensure teams are able to meet commitments by removing roadblocks and focusing on quality and continuous delivery Education Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required with a preference for Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or a related field Required Experience and Skills:

years experience using Agile methodologies to deliver products 3
years of working experience leading teams and working with technology professionals to define, scope and prioritize product requirements High level understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles Experience with iterative software development through leading or working on a DevOps Team Prior working experience building rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience communicating with IT & Business personnel at all levels of the organization Strong negotiation skills; demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate Continuous improvement mindset that can identify team improvement opportunities Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication Preferred Experience and Skills:
