Under the direction of the Director, Knowledge and Content Platform owner, the incumbent is responsible for managing enterprise products in the regulated content management area. The leader is responsible for developing and delivering our enterprise regulated content management offering within the IT organization. The role is accountable for designing, building, long-term costs, and enhancing this solution in collaboration with the platform lead and owner, as well as delivery and cost elasticity. This role works with internal Client Directors, IT Country Leadership, and business leadership to understand the business outcomes required of the product offering, and with architects, technology thought leaders, and external service providers to understand the current and future underlying technologies available in the regulated content management space. The incumbent will manage and direct a team of resources across all three hubs (US, Prague, and Singapore). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participates in developing the product strategy for enterprise regulated content management. Understands product cost drivers and connects cost to consumption drivers. Single point of engagement for demand planning and demand management conversations with internal and business partners to incorporate their input. Review's business requests for enhancements and undertakes cost evaluation, standards reviews, and prioritization. Guides continuous improvement efforts for the regulated content management and advancing its maturity. Engages architects to discuss impacts of new technologies on the architecture roadmap. Interacts with technology brokers/vendors to identify and evaluate new technology products for this area. Working knowledge of GxP systems, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and some interaction with regulatory agencies. Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the Content Management area. Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work and provide effective performance feedback. Manage the Program/Portfolio of ongoing projects ensuring timelines and budgets are within plan. Manage existing and dependent Vendor relationships. Must be able to work across multiple cross functional and hub teams to accomplish tasks and will manage personnel and offer career development. Ensure sustainability and viability of the platforms. Education:
