Overview Position
Summary:
This position is responsible for meeting divisional and corporate goals, objectives, and client requirements through the effective direction of Validation Services Management Team and technical clerical staff, and effective communication with clients and corporate partners. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategy to meet divisional goals for revenue and profit Select, motivate, and train a team of committed service managers that will drive financial performance and deliver value and service excellence to clients. Solicit and capture additional validation opportunities via Exploratory Phase Evaluations (EPEs), marketing efforts, and corporate sales channels. Approve complex bid proposals and oversee transactional quotes by the management team. Oversee department operations and ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with corporate business practices and standards. Protect company assets, information, and interests. Promote positive client and employee relations. Provide on-going technical assistance and direction to validation management Conduct and manage employee performance appraisals in a timely and accurate manner. Implement an employee recognition program to promote core team values Conduct progressive discipline up to termination when necessary Promote positive relations and work environment between staff, departments, and corporate partners. Responsibilities:
As Director of Validation Services, provide supervisory oversite of the day-to-day activities for Validation Services in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training management staff; developing and implementing policies and procedures for standard operations; forecasting and managing revenue and expenses; review and approval of capital expenditures; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical GMPs (21 CFR 210 and 211), USP, and ISO standards Familiar with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing processes, facilities, and equipment qualifications Sound judgement to navigate business challenges Strong management skills to oversee and delate tasks to maximize time, resources, and productivity. Experience:
Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year college or university preferably in a technical field, 7

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
